We take pride in our reputation for quality, value as well as our customer service.  If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase from us we will assist you with a prompt exchange or refund.  Returns/exchanges will be accepted up to 45 days from purchase date. We are happy to accept back merchandise in a clean and unworn condition. This information applies to purchases made directly from us. 

Keys to a smooth return:

Please return merchandise in original condition, unused and unworn. For recycling purposes we request that you do not affix tape or address labels directly to the surface of the shoebox. Please indicate reason for return on the back of the invoice.
Ship merchandise prepaid via UPS or insured parcel post. A return address label can be found on the lower left hand portion of the invoice enclosed with the original shipment (or see below for return address). Please include a copy of invoice with your return.
If a mistake was made on our part (i.e. incorrect item sent, defective merchandise within the first 90 days) we will gladly reimburse shipping charges (up to $7.00) and ship your replacement merchandise at no additional charge. Otherwise, shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Refunds on returns, exchanges, and reimbursements will be made in the form of credits to the credit card used in the original purchase.

Due to our efforts to bring you the latest footwear and apparel we request that items are returned within 45 days of receipt.

Shipping Details

Orders for in stock merchandise placed on will be shipped out the following business day after they are received. If an order is placed after hours on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the order will be shipped out on Monday.
We ship from our warehouse in Beaverton, Oregon
Ground service orders will take approximately 3-5 business days going to the West Coast, 5-7 business days going to the Central Region, and 7-10 business days going to the East Coast.
Express Orders will take 2-3 business days from when they ship.  Unfortunately we are unable to ship express orders to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii or APO addresses.
We will gladly ship to all Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, and APO Addresses. Please provide an appropriate postal service address as these orders will ship via postal service priority mail.
We are able to ship to our Canadian customers via postal service. Please keep in mind that all Canadian orders are subject to custom fees and duties and are the responsibility of the customer. Custom fees and duties range from 26-35% depending on your location.
